All products go through a production process, therefore there is a handling time on them.
Shipping Rate
United States: For all orders, shipping charge is $15.00 USD.

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time
- Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order cut off time: 5:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
Refused / Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by the shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order is successfully placed, our team will begin processing it promptly. This includes verifying the order details, preparing the items, and arranging for shipment.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a unique tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
Order Modifications and Address Changes
If you need to make any changes to your order or shipping address after it has been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.
