PAYMENTS:

• We currently accept all payments. Please double-check your currency before placing your order.

SHIPPING:

• We ship orders using USPS PRIORITY MAIL and/or UPS. You can track your shipment on the USPS WEBSITE and UPS WEBSITE.
• Faster shipping options are available for an extra cost during checkout. If you need your order by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to a faster shipping method.
• All orders are shipped out within 1 business day (24 hours) after receiving the order, regardless of volume. If orders are received on a weekend or a holiday, they are shipped the next business day.
• UPS and USPS only accept shipments to valid street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Rural Route Addresses.
• Hikoshirō Sadamune Shears covers any customs fees accrued during international shipping.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

• All Hikoshirō Sadamune Shears are covered under our lifetime warranty, unless specified otherwise.
• Hikoshirō Sadamune Shears are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects. We will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning shears.
• Normal wear and tear, damage caused by third-party sharpening, and abused or damaged products are not covered.
• Shipping and handling both ways must be covered by the customer and are not the responsibility of Hikoshirō Sadamune Shears.
• Sharpening services are not included with any Hikoshirō Sadamune Shears. This service can be purchased on our website.
• If you are interested in a return or exchange, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an explanation of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
